4 Your rights to make changes

4.1 If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible. 5 Our rights to make changes

6 Supply of the products

6.1 Product delivery date. During the ordering process, we will inform you of the date on which we will provide you with the product(s). If a delivery date is not specified during the ordering process, we will deliver the product(s) as soon as reasonably possible.

6.2 Delays beyond our control. If our supply of products is delayed by an event beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and will take steps to minimize the impact of the delay.

As long as we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there's a risk of significant delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received. However, you must wait for the product to be returned to us to be eligible for a refund.

6.3 Delivery in your absence. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, our delivery service should leave you a note telling you how to reschedule delivery. Our delivery service should then attempt to deliver the product to you a second time. If you are not available to accept the delivery on the second attempt, the product will be returned to a local depot, and our delivery service should leave you a note telling you how to arrange collection.

6.4 Failure to reorganize delivery. If, after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, you do not reorganize delivery or do not pick up the products from a delivery depot, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for additional storage and delivery fees. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or to reorganize delivery or collection, we may end the contract and Clause 3.2.3 of our refund policy will apply.
