By placing an order, you certify the authenticity and accuracy of all the information provided, confirm that you are the legitimate holder of the credit card, debit card, or bank account used for the transaction, and ensure the availability of the necessary funds for the payment of the items. The price of international offers and services is subject to change. Therefore, the advertised rates may be adjusted based on these variations.
It is entirely the customer's responsibility to ensure that their electric scooter or electric bike is used in accordance with all national and local laws. Electric scooters are not to be used on footpaths, cycle lanes or roads. The customer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of electric scooter products and absolves Hyllux Limited and its owners of any liability arising from their use.
Our Agreement
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email serves solely as an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Hyllux reserves the right to accept or reject this offer before processing the order.
A purchase contract for the products will only be established between us once your payment has been accepted by us, the prices have been confirmed, and the order has been processed and shipped. A second email will be sent to you to confirm these arrangements, and ownership of the products will not be transferred until they have been dispatched.
